Casta Costa Xàbia is a bright, thoughtfully laid-out apartment on the third floor of a well-kept residential complex a short stroll from Playa del Arenal. Step through the front door into an open-plan living and dining area where wide sliding doors open onto a private balcony — the natural centre of the apartment and the best seat in the house for long, lazy breakfasts and golden-hour aperitivos.
Both bedrooms are generous in size and each comes with a king-size bed and its own balcony access, so everyone in the party gets morning light and fresh Mediterranean air. The master bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom; a second full bathroom serves the other bedroom and day guests. Linens, towels and plenty of storage are provided, and the air conditioning reaches every room.
The kitchen is fully equipped for longer stays — dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, full-size fridge-freezer, Nespresso-style coffee machine, and the everyday tools you need to cook properly. The living area pairs a comfortable sofa with a smart TV and fast Wi-Fi, so downtime after a day at the beach is entirely your own.
Outside the door, the complex is calm and well-maintained: a communal swimming pool open 09:00–21:00, an on-site gym, and a private parking space (Blok 2, Floor -1, Space 009) included with the apartment. The beach, local bakeries, supermarket and a clutch of excellent restaurants are all within an easy walk. It's the sort of place where you quickly stop checking the time.

Seasonal nightly rates
Rates are per night in euros and apply to the whole apartment (up to 4 guests). Minimum stay is 11 nights — strictly enforced under our seasonal rental terms.
